For purposes of these Terms, “Consultant” refers to Creative Wood Interiors, provider of virtual cabinet consulting services.
All consulting services are provided virtually based on information, measurements, photos, and drawings supplied by the client. While guidance is based on 27 years of cabinet installation experience, final site verification, code compliance, and installation suitability remain the responsibility of the client, contractor, or installer.
Consultation services provide planning guidance and recommendations only and do not include engineering, architectural, or other licensed professional services. The Consultant is not responsible for site conditions, structural limitations, product defects, installation errors, or changes made after consultation.
Clients are responsible for verifying all measurements, specifications, and orders prior to purchase and installation. By booking a consultation, the client agrees that decisions and project outcomes remain under their control and responsibility.
Consulting fees are non-refundable once the scheduled service has been provided. Payment covers professional time, expertise, and preparation associated with the consultation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Consultant’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to consulting services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific consultation giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to consulting services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
